EXPERIENCE

Individual Entrepreneur
(July 2023 — present)

Available for B2B / B2C / B2G Contracts

I offer full-cycle expertise at the intersection of system analysis, technical documentation, QA, PO/PM, and reverse engineering, tailored for enterprise-level products and government systems.

💼 Services I provide:

Technical Documentation from Scratch

End-to-end creation: architecture overviews, API documentation, user manuals, system logic descriptions, process maps, onboarding guides.

Reverse Engineering of Logic & Architecture

Independent exploration of product logic from code or system behavior when developers are unavailable or overloaded.

System Analysis & Requirements Engineering

Clarifying business requirements, decomposing them into technical specifications, backlog grooming, process modeling (BPMN), and data modeling.

Process & Documentation Automation

Implementing living documentation environments (Notion, Confluence, Markdown repos), automating spec generation, and building internal knowledge bases.

Quality Assurance & Testing

Designing and executing test scenarios, managing test documentation, and performing functional, regression, and integration testing to ensure product quality.

Quality Audits & Tech Risk Reporting

Identifying documentation gaps, technical debt, security risks, and architectural inconsistencies, with clear, actionable reporting for relevant teams.

Project Ownership & Management

Leading projects from concept to delivery, managing scope, timelines, and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals, and delivering measurable results.

Team Setup & Methodology

Building and managing documentation, analysis, or QA teams from scratch, establishing ITIL-based workflows, and setting measurable OKRs.

Mentorship & Team Development

Coaching junior analysts, QA engineers, and technical writers; creating onboarding paths, internal standards, peer review processes, and growth frameworks for sustainable team scaling.

Team Lead Technical Writers

MarfaTech LLC

(February 2023 – August 2024)

Built a technical documentation team from scratch and led it as both a manager and hands-on contributor.

Acted as a reverse engineer: explored product logic and architecture directly from code, without relying on developers.

Established full-cycle documentation workflows, applied ITIL practices, and defined OKRs and key team metrics (coverage, accuracy, turnaround time).

Implemented a process for identifying and reporting bugs, architectural flaws, and security issues directly from documentation work to relevant departments.

Developed a documentation knowledge base with unified standards, reusable blocks, and approval cycles.

Ensured deep integration with product and QA teams, enabling real-time updates and structured knowledge sharing.

Lead System Analyst

Tinkoff Development Center (Bank)(December 2021– August 2022)

Led analysis for transitioning from a monolith to microservices architecture, including APIs and backend integration design.

Achievements
The following achievements of my professional activity should be noted separately.
I designed and taught my course at OTUS, helping to shape the next generation of leaders in system analysis. I'm proud to contribute to the growth of the IT community and share real-world experience.

The project "Development of a Unified Document Repository for the Rendering of State and Municipal Services in the Nenets Autonomous Okrug," developmented by Sistematiсa Consulting LLC, won first place in the "Project of the Year" competition in the "Best Industry Solution" nomination. I was a key employee on this project!

Online championship in two areas: System analysis and Java development (over the course of two days). I solved problems of different levels. I took 26th place!
